1. We arrange for pre-qualification of our principals by major clients through effective promotion of their capabilities and past experience.

2. We use business intelligence to provide advance knowledge on down the pipeline projects.

3. We co-ordinate with principal participation in tenders, submit proposals till we achieve award.

4. We source for the best value to principal local suppliers and subcontractors to cover the local portion of works in an efficient and minimum cost.

5. We arrange for contract preparation and signature, provide insurances and arrange for logging in bonds to contract into force.

6. We take care of all ex-quary mobilization logistics in close co-ordination with the principal from administrative, personnel sponsoring, custom clearance, providing access to local banks, and all what to be done in connection with set-up.

7. We maintain effective lines of communication with both client and principal, attend administrative meetings and do all what is required to make performance a comfortable smooth journey.

8. We use our contacts and best endeavors to facilitate payments and keep the pace of implementation.

9. We tackle unforeseen obstacles and promote claims arising out of that.
