We have a flexible organizational system, which enables the company to adopt to divergent needs of any different projects. There is strong focus on communication and we believe in the creative use of it. Communication flows freely from top to bottom and vice versa. With a unique combination of communication and discipline, the staff is given lot of room to be creative and autonomous. Staff get to fix their own targets by participative goal setting. Management by Objectives is effectively put to use.

MODUS OPERANDI

The operational scenario is purely professional and there is very tight room left for flaws. Right from the inquiry of a client to the completion of the project, all the departments of the company work in tandem. Everthing has its own place and everything falls in place as the job progresses. The marketing department and projects department work in hand at the time of inquiry, assessment and submission of the records. Finance departments checks on the financial feasibility of the project and is always in combined action with projects department. Once the project is approved for operation, projects administration is activated and the job is carried out in the planned and stuctured format. Thoughout the operation all the activities are monitored, controlled and changed if necessary with the aid of efficient computer aided information system. After sales group is always there to cater to any problems or inconveniences that take place after the commisioning phase.
