MODUS OPERANDI

The marketing department and projects department work in hand at the time of inquiry, assessment and submission of the records. Finance departments checks on the financial feasibility of the project and is always in combined action with projects department. Once the project is approved for operation, projects administration is activated and the job is carried out in the planned and stuctured format. Thoughout the operation all the activities are monitored, controlled and changed if necessary with the aid of efficient computer aided information system. After sales group is always there to cater to any problems or inconveniences that take place after the commisioning phase.
